- Edwin was born near Holmesville, Nebraska, on March 9, 1928, to Ben E. and Bertha (Rulla) Scott. Veteran of World War II, serving in the Army from 1946 to 1947. Married Marguerite Bridger on April 9, 1950, in Matherville, Illinois. Edwin passed away in Lincoln, Nebraska, on May 4, 1992, at the age of 64 years, 1 month and 25 days. He is survived by his wife, Marguerite Scott; one son, Monte Scott, and his wife, Patricia; two daughters, Margo Suhr, and her husband, Jeff, and Cherie Lederer and hr husband, Frank; two brothers, Richard Clark and Donald Clark; two sisters, Wilma Munson and Kathy Scott; ten grandchildren and one great-grandson.
